OUR VILLAGES FOR 2026

  • Locksport

The Locksport Village hosted by CyberCX lockpicking enthusiasts and physical security specialists. Similar to other security conferences, the Locksport Village is a place for participants to learn and practice lockpicking and other physical security techniques. Locksport is the sport of defeating locking systems. Enthusiasts challenge themselves by learning a variety of skills including lock picking, bypasses and other skills traditionally only known by locksmiths and other security professionals. As usual, there will be a competition with over $1000 worth of Lego prizes. This competition is beginner friendly and we have had many beginners winning the competition in previous conferences.

  • Open Source Security - Software Supply Chain

    Presented by BugFall Security.
Open source software is central to modern technology and one of the most exploited attack surfaces in today’s software supply chain.

Participants will interact with a simulated software ecosystem and attempt to compromise a live build pipeline:

    • Perform common supply chain attack techniques in a safe lab

    • Exploit weaknesses such as dependency confusion and malicious package injection

    • Observe real-time impact on builds and deployments

    • Learn how to detect and mitigate these risks using practical controls

This is a hands-on, browser-based experience designed to be accessible to both newcomers and experienced practitioners.

Just bring a laptop and explore how open source systems are compromised.

  • SPOT - the ICS

Space (SP) and Operation Technology (OT) showcase.

Fully interactive Space Systems, Hardware, and Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control System (ICS) environment. Participants will experience how real-world critical infrastructure is operated, monitored, and secured. From the Critical, Congested and Contested aspects of Space Technology though to Industrial Control Systems.
